A press conference was held in March 2023 to bring awareness to formerly detained immigrants leading the fight for justice against the GEO Group and the Adelanto Immigration Detention Center. This prison has a horrific history of abuse and inhumanity; by conducting a press event with the Social Justice Legal Foundation. HDQ Neutral was used as a disinfectant during the COVID-19 pandemic. GEO did not follow strict usage guidelines during its use, exposing detainees to concentrations two times higher than the recommended use. HDQ Neutral is linked to infertility, asthma, low sperm count & motility, difficulty giving birth, and damage to the respiratory tract (among many other long-lasting consequences).
