On June 8, after 11 months of fighting for a new dignified contract, the workers at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Pedro won a historic wage increase, excellent healthcare, pension, humane workload, and growth. This victory was a testament of their organizing power and the community’s solidarity power.

After years of demanding dignity in the workplace, restaurant employees at the Hotel Figueroa’s restaurants lost their jobs in early February 2024. CLUE has been accompanying them through nonviolent direct action since then. Now we need you to sign on in solidarity asking the Hotel Figueroa and its agents to rehire the workers it unjustly
On Tuesday, February 27th, Santa Monica CLUE members and workers joined together to present a letter from more than 500 CLUE members and faith leaders to the City Council demanding accountability and an investigation into retaliation and unfair labor practices at the Viceroy and Le Méridien Delfina hotels.
