Where Do We Go From Here?

On Memorial Day May 30, 2022, 10am-12pm, the Clergy & Laity United for Economic Justice (CLUE), SCLC, BEND THE ARC along with Clergy 4 Black Lives & NAACP-SFV and Black Jewish Justice Alliance (BJJA) will hold an Ecumenical and Interfaith community vigil to Honor the Lives of the souls lost at the recent BuffaloLaguna Woods & Uvalde shootings and to remember in reverence all victims of white supremacist ideology and violence.

At this vigil, the community will attempt to answer the question: “Where Do We From Here?”

Hear from community members directly impacted by violence, Revolutionary Civil Rights Icon, Rev James Lawson., Dr. Melina Abdullah Black Lives Matter Los Angeles, Rabbi Aryeh Cohen Bend the Arc, Rev William Smart Southern Christian Leadership Conferecem and many more. Creative and artistic expressions from various faith traditions including Kayo Anderson and Creating Justice Artivist Village and more..

We are fervently asking all faith leaders and concerned community members to join us in our efforts to unequivocally denounce white supremacist ideology and violence, and to work hand in hand together with us to build our beloved community in honor of those whose lives were stolen.
